It is quite common to encounter this problem in Malaysia. But I was quite surprised this happened in Spore too. Recently we went to a Western restaurant in a newly opened shopping mall. We waited for more than 1 hour! When the captain approached us, he asked us, "May I have your order?" (

i saw this place when i went for ah basri satay. looks like they need to improve their service leh... but price is quite reasonable. so will visit in a few months time to see got improvement or not!

I wonder if this is the same at the one at Kulim. This nasi ayam periuk besar is very famous at Kulim but of course the serving presentation don't use such nice utensils.

Damn.. I won't go to that place anymore, got fly on my nasi ayam madu, complaint to the waiter and he just use his hand took off the fly and when I looked at him only then he realized that he need to get me a new one.

I was there at Nasi Ayam Periuk Besar yesterday and faced the same "waiting" issue. It took around 30 minutes for our chicken rice to be served. The management really needs to do something about it. The Ayam Panggang was quite good though.

Well, think i can explain why they do not have the pulling system in the building. it's either they rent which is not allow to include anything like this, and or, the building has no rooms for such systems.

I went there just now. Though serving time is slow, but bearable, I know they are improving.

Dot Mai is the best among all.
