your not alone. i was in my local starbucks today getting my usual large
sweetend black iced tea LIGHT ICE PLEASE!
and when she put it up on the counter the whole cup was filled with ice.

i handed it back and said please scoop out the ice.

i get looked at. I asked nicely for light ice, and you put a whole cup full in here. Please scoop it out.
she seemed really annoyed when i asked. lame.
don't make me the asshole when you just didn't do it right to begin with and no one was in there but me.
*sigh*

i should just order them without ice from now on. i like to drink liquids at room temperature...i'm weird.
