Well, the last one makes sense... Everything else, not so much. Sorry to hear about the theft. That's an awful, awful feeling.
17 year olds should not drive Jags, or any other luxury auto unless it is between 12 & 18 years old - old enough to be old, but not classic. The folks who provide autos at Gameboys school do not all concur.
