Ron Paul cost himself whatever support he might have hoped to gain from the pro-family movement by declaring his opposition to a federal marriage amendment and his opposition to the prosecution of purveyors of pornography. Paul's Libertarian leanings predispose him to oppose moral legislation on the grounds that people should be left alone as long as their actions don't hurt anyone.
This, of course, would be fine if pornography didn't hurt anyone, but it does. Paul apparently fails to realize that the production, distribution and consumption of porn is hardly a victimless crime. As a pastor for 25 years, I saw firsthand in my counseling ministry the devastating impact pornography has on husbands, wives and families.
Paul further damaged his support among pro-family conservatives by blaming 9/11 on our occupation of Muslim lands.
Paul simply fails to understand that radical Muslims hate us because of who we are, not where we are. We are hated because we exist, and because of what we believe, not because of what we have done. This leaves values voters wondering whether he truly understands the threat radical Islam poses to our national security, and whether he would be capable of leading the vigorous response the nation's families need from their leader at this time in our history.

So far what I have read is what I really like about Roan Paul and the Man and he would really make a wonderful President of the United states of America. With Him it would be Under God and indivisible and with Liberty and Justice for All. He is the One who would bring US all back to the basics of having God back in Our Lives and in Our homes again and in Our Nation. IN GOD WE TRUST. should be back on our coins and should really stand for something and not just be a saying that just sits there in front of you staring at you and you staring back at it.WeMust Take back Our Nation and Our President Of The United States Of America and let Us Stand firm together As a Nation together and as a people and We the People By the People for the People,shall not perish from this Earth. We Really Need Ron Paul as President Of USA for 2008/2009 so Let Us elect Him Ron Paul As OUR NEW PRESIDENT OF USA in 2008/2009 and NOT LET IN HILLARY CLINTON who IS THE DEVIL HERSELF INCARNET.She-meaning hillary Clinton is like a Wolf in sheeps clothing.
