Ooooh, I'm jealous. I was all set to can lots of tomato sauce and salsa, and my tomato plants puckered out on me. Good luck with your canning!

I wouldn't be doing this much if I hadn't been given this bounty, as my tomato plants didn't perform all that well, either. Look for an update soon - I peeled most of them and will be processing tonight (Wednesday)
