If you'd take Pascal's wager, you should also take the following one. I assert that I am the new prophet of God and I can guarantee you eternal salvation in exchange for your mailing me one dollar. Yes, there's a high probability that I'm lying. But, there's a very small probability that I actually am the new prophet. Multiply that by the infinite benefits I'm offering you, and you can see that you really ought to mail me the dollar. To be really sure, also mail a dollar to Alex Tabarrok, who made similar claim in Economics & Philosophy a few years ago.
