Ya know that old saying endless days of utter boredom punctuated by moments of sheer terror?

Actually i should clarify that. I'm a bit of an oddball; I don't actually feel terror. Ever.

I'm just one of those people who doesnt have a normal fear response.

Sure Ill say "I was scared", but I wasn't really, at least not in the way that other people mean it. I was nervous, or anxious, or worried, but I wasn't scared.

Even as a small child, I've never actually been frightened.

Anyway I've done a lot, because I grab a hold of every opportunity presented to me, and I squeeze everything I can out of it. I've been through some great shit, and some fucked up shit, and I wouldnt trade any of it.

Could've been you I heard it from, Chris. Very well could have. I have a terrible memory for details, so I really can't say for sure, but it's such an apt description it stuck in my head real good.

I had a chance to show it off to my dad at Easter this weekend, and he was much impressed. Thinking I've got a b-day gift for him, now!
