To begin with, I wish you success in your transformation. I have a similar body type to you, the only difference is that I am 6'5". Have you read the book, "Body for Life"? The principles involved are basic and make a lot of sense. It certainly isn't a shortcut to fitness but an easy to follow plan with great results. I'm currenly on the plan with my own little 'tweaks' and it is working great. My weight began at 370 also and I lost 15% in 3 months alone. Body fat at start was 36% and I don't plan on measuring again until 6 months. Anyways, good luck and I look forward to hearing about your progress. |

Good luck Chris. I always get in shape for the summer. In winter, I am forced to stay inside, and get soft. Starting in spring, when it warms up, I run, lift weights, and eat less. At the moment I am 5'8" and weigh 191. By September 20th( my birthday) I will weigh around 180. |
