I can get a lot of that from Launchcast and Live365, artits like Delerium, Mythos, Pacifica, Etro Anime, Zero 7, Esthero, Ursula 1000, St Germain, Air, Transientworld and Enigma. I also like Bossa Nova, latin jazz and electric blues (SRV). There is a great selection of free music at WWW.DIGITALLYIMPORTED.COM too! Everything from house to classical.
