Most people don't know anything about how or why the human body works; this makes it pretty difficult to ask the right questions of doctors. Though in this day and age, on the internet, the information is there. Takes a little study, though. But it does upset me when the Doc is in the wrong and won't admit it.

He should have a lawyer and his old doctor write up a nice letter to the one he fired. A good scare might help him become a better doc.
