Holy guacamole! I'm glad you found her before she started to smell. Sounds like she thinks of herself as "Princess Lovely - Kitteh of Adventure!"

oh, no! glad you figured out where she was.
when we lived in japan, a mama cat moved her kittens into the space above our ceiling. two or three of the kittens fell down between 2 walls, and we ended up rescuing them by removing an electrical socket and pulling them out. weird.

You had better check the washer and dryer and the microwave before you turn them on in the future. There’s no telling where Princess Lovely will show up again.

Ah yes. Been there. Done that. Truffle got herself stuck underneath the sub-floor in the basement of our last house. We couldn't find her for about 24 hours and thought she had snuck out the back door and was lost in the neighbourhood. We ended up having to rip up part of the floor.

We once had an idiot cat jump into the clothes dryer while we were unaware. JF felt HORRIBLE when we heard thumpa-thumpa-thumpa a few minutes later, and went to check and found a woozy Siamese.
He still tortures himself, and that was more than ten years ago.
