Caildini...ugh. He games his audience. Why doesn't he tell that the "friend of his" who gives him this great example of influence working...the one where she marks up her merchandise by mistake and it sells for more...is actually his girlfriend? Should a scientist be using his girlfriend's stories as evidence in a 'scientific' book?
