I agree, it's only a matter of time until Apple comes out with a flat panel TV (LCD, not plasma) for the living room. When this flat panel comes out you can bet it will have an "iSight" camera built into the top bezel just as their computers do now, except this camera can be panned with a joy-stick-like Front Row remote to cover each end of the sofa and more. If you already have an HDTV that your're happy with (for now) you will just buy the "component" iSight camera for $149 and you're all set.
What's more, iTV will bring video iChat and the internet to the living room. In the extreme, we all know what iChat will do for Christmas morning, not to mention other, more intimate iChat AV exchanges on the big screen. The internet from the sofa will certainly bring increased impulse buying online, including of course, movies and more from Apple's iTunes store.
