Carl, I think you're conflating two numbers. The 6 million target was for worldwide sales, which they've met, and the 4.5 million estimate is for the US only. I still don't think they'll meet the 10 million at one year mark, as by my estimate they're only at 6.5 or 7 million.

Thanks for pointing out the two different numbers. I'll look into that and get back to you. I've been reading the quarterly 10-Q and there are clearly multiple measures being touted about. But no matter whether its Worldwide or US, I believe that they have not hit their 10 million goal even using their numbers.
