Prick me, I think I'm dreaming.
I have personally seen two hardcore PC-types "switch" (or at least "add") WITH NO PROMPTING FROM ME.

10.5 has no features I know of that excite me. I expect it's done, but they want it "solid" for release, to avoid bad press.
iWork-- that has real possibilities.

Re Leopard, I don't think all the good features have been made public. Just like the 10.4 Intel branch, my belief is that the killer, got-to-have-it features are being kept very compartmentalized within Apple because of their ties to unannounced hardware and not being released to developers. I do know, however, that Leopard is more than Time Machine and HTML Mail templates.
I continue to wonder if the story on one of the rumor sites about multi-touch-enabled displays might be true. Alternatively, Leopard might might similarly feature a multi-touch enabled tablet machine. But like I said, we'll have to wait to know.
Thanks for the thoughts!

Carl,
I agree Apple's benefiting from some good iPod-driven synergies right now, but I do have one nit to pick the iPod numbers you're using.
Apple's *actually* quoting 90MM iPods through the end of 2006 (check out Steve's "Thoughts on music" for that stat), not as of Tim Cook's appearance at the Goldman Symposium. That means a 10-12MM unit Q2 F2007 would put Apple over the 100MM unit mark a month earlier than your estimates.
I muse for a few seconds on the 100MM milestone on a blog I co-author, Global Nerdy, here:

Keep up the good work; I always enjoy reading Blackfriars.

Many thanks George. I had wondered what the time frame was, but since Tim Cook just cited it last week, I had assumed it was to date. I appreciate the correction.
Thanks for your help!
