I think they are simply not meeting their 9 PM deadline for updating the stock.
Looks like Virginia has restocked as well.
Let's see. Just after midnight Eastern, at least some stores in Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, the aforementioned Virginia, and Wisconsin are showing stock for tomorrow morning.
Looks like the previous commentator is likely correct about their inventory updates being slow. Maybe they meant 9 PM Pacific?

Just checked with eBay. Currently there are 2,404 iPhones for sale. Most are reasonably priced (not like the PS3).
