Gravatar I have flown JetBlue 3 times. The first trip was uneventful though I was one of the people caught in the last storm. As luck would have it, I had a flight yesterday but that was canceled. First notice I had was through the news. Then I got a call from a JetBlue rep who told me my flight was canceled and offered to re-book me to this morning. Then about an hour after my first flight was supposed to take off, I got an automated call telling me my flight was canceled. Thankfully the recording mentioned the day (Friday) so I didn't have to check and see if my Saturday flight was also canceled.

At the same time I was frequently going to the JetBlue website. The homepage posted a weather advisory but functionality beyond that to check my flight status was inoperable for the day. All in all, they are betting better but they could still do with better communication via their website.
