The user experience is suffering a bit here because there are more ads and the actual content on the site starts significantly farther down the page than before. I suppose I'll get used to it but more advertising isn't necessarily better monetization. I actually yanked ads from my blog and my revenue went up. (Presumably because there was less clutter) I also highlighted the ads a bit more so users could visually skip over them. I was very surprised to see the dollar figure jump.
