Nokia can do whatever it wants, including stamping their feet and holding their breath til they're blue in the face. It won't help them.

Fake Steve had an interesting take on this: basically this is Nokia treating Apple as the market leader. Astounding for a company that's been in the business for about 3 months.
Who thought we'd live to see the day when Apple's entry into a market was treated as IBM's once was?

Nokia must be scared or something to run some sort of smear campaign. They hold 40% of the handset market and Apple's iPhone holds less than 1%. Why does Nokia even concern itself about the iPhone unless they're worried about the iPhone stealing a large amount of potential customers.
Well, Apple has nothing to retort with on this issue, so we might as well move on.

And Nokia just pissed away 8 B on Navteq. When companies are nervous, they make big mistakes. This principal helped MSFT a lot during the years in the 20th century when they were a growth play.
