I'd put a positive spin on the results. Apple is a 30 plus year old company-- which means that it loses some "buzz" points-- yet it continues to get high marks.

Another plus: you know and I know the internet experience is better on a Mac. The browsers are better; the security outlook is WAY better. Apple is well positioned as we enter this 21st century. The Apple TV will play into this, too.
