Have you deleted mail yet? The animation is great.
Have you noticed you can assign the same phone number to more than one contact (e.g. Mom, Dad). When the call comes in the phone displays Mom OR Dad in the caller ID).
Have you added an appointment in the Calendar with the 'Myst' like interface?

Which makes me laugh at all those worry-warts who whine about the iPhone lacking Flash. Other than YouTube, Flash is worse than useless; it's all about annoying, CPU-sucking ads.
BTW: anyone tried to access H.264 versions of YouTube right on a Mac?
H.264 is an awesome codec.
