my sis pun tummy very sensitive.
sakit sampai masuk hospital berapa kali dah. found out she got puntured stomach lining. so takleh makan benda acidic.

so far alhamdulillah walaupun takde obat .. air kanji campur susu bagus untuk kurangkan acidity. jgn makan pedas2x. stay away from lemongrass kalau boleh and ginger..

lain i tak ingat apa yang dia makan ..oo lots of mediterranean food. like foccacia bread .. medi food tak acidic unlike local food. nie perut mahal nie!
