Gravatar MrsT: hi ya there ... what's cookin' in yer kitchen? How's the cute little dotah?

Gravatar Yer ribs look so delicious..!!

Gravatar Ka Uro: hello there! I haven't tried baking in plastic bags. 'Coz I have heard/read of some toxic things exuded by plastic when heated. So I avoid using them even in microwaves. But you can always use foil in regular ovens they're disposable as well.
What I know is that if you bake meat in an enclosed and sealed container - whether bags, metal pans, dough, or ceramic pots - the juices does not evaporate as much thus making the end product juicier, moist, and more tender.

Gravatar when you bake meat, do you put the meat inside a plastic baking bag? my wife does and she finds it convenient because it prevents splatter inside the oven. but do you thing there a difference in the taste if you use a baking bag compared to when you don't?
