Hi Celia - I've got his Quick Wok book, Matthew bought it as he thought he could cook something, but he never did... so I've tried some from it and all of them were good so far. I can eat loads of this broccoli!

'Allo MrsT, my SIL when she does some catering she also blanches all the vegs individually then put them together in the stir fry. She says it keeps them from getting soggy in the buffet table.
