Hmmm, what a fab looking collage!! Still haven't downloaded my pics from Saturday, hence STILL no post :-( But I'm working on it, so my two recipes should also shortly be available. And I haven't forgotten about the SA recipes - I'll be e-mailing you over the weekend with suggestions...

Stef, Alma & Ruth: They're really nice food enhanced by the wines Andrew brought.
Andrew: Oh yes, it has goat cheese that's why it's quite strong tasting. Try it, it's easy to make.
Xtine: I'll email you abt this. But for a start you have the Goat Cheese spread here. Empanada recipe will come up maybe tomorrow. You can also see Stel's empanada here.
The cherry tomatoes and mushrooms are easy enough just skewer them with fresh basil.
The asparagus was I think either steamed or parboiled 'til cooked then wrapped in thinly sliced parma ham and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
The tuna-chickpeas salad is here in Jenni's blog. They're yummy I plan to make them as well.
The chocolate mousse, creme brulee, and tiramisu - I still have to ask Keiko for the recipes.
Same with the courgettes and mushrooms - I have to email Jeanne for these.
I will email you once I got the rest of the recipes.

It makes me want to reach throug my screen and grab a bite, or two..or the whole thing.
