Wow! i love sinigang sa miso!!! I just bought miso at a japanese store... i will try it today . picture pa lang para ko nang natikman... awesome!

Sha: You should try it sometime. The miso gives it a slightly salty-fermented taste.
Keiko: Oh please I think that's too much to ask your mom. Her package might become too heavy! But if she still has a small space for it, it would be really great to have an authentic one.

Great photo Celia! I can almost taste it! Incidentally, i also had sinigang two nites ago but the souring agent i used was kamias. It was very good and the sourness (is there such a word?).lol. was just right! I will definitely try ur version next time
