HI Jhoy, depende sa laki ng lumpiang gagawin mo. Sa size na ginawa ko mga 20 lang ang kinalabasan. So siguro 3x ng recipe ang gawin mo tapos liitan mo ng konti ang pagbalot.

celian how are you ?, you're right stir-frying it is better, cooling as well to not wilt the wrapper. I like the way you have done your pix shots, looks like professional food stylist.take care!

Hi celia
I thought I answer your question in the last post.
No we don't live in Englang anymore, we live here in Alberta, Canada now. My husband is a british guy, so we still go back there every year.

Hi celia

Xtine: I'm okay here. Thanks for asking.
Ces: In case you manage to get your mom's recipe pls do blog about it because there are a lot of variations on this theme. I bet hers is very good.
Ging: What's nice about this is after assembling it you can freeze it then fry it some other day. Very handy diba?
Thess: Hello there! Where is Charlie pogi? Are you watching the Crufts dog show? We watch it every night and get excited just watching all these gorgeous dogs.

Stiring-fry of the vegetables was my mom use to do too. So that why some other cook like what you've said , boiling it really make the wrapper sogy and get a chance to have holes or (maluray). You got me hungry even by your photo's..........yummy naman yang style mo. Now I am craving for LUMPIA............
