Just saw your post and boy! Did it take me back to my childhood days in the PI. I haven't had corned beef hash in years. I remember sometimes, my mom would make it with sliced cabbage and that was yummy, too. I think I'll try making the hash for my family this week. Here where I live (U.S.), the corned beef brands we get are Hormel and Hereford and I don't think they're as salty as our Filipino brands but it's worth a try.

I've been silently reading your brand for quite sometime now and i have tried your mechado recipe(which was a hit!).

I just cooked corned beef hash last night and we use the same brand from LIDL. I think they're nicer than some of the corned beef brands here in the UK.

Can I just say one of the things I miss eating vegetarian is corned beef hash. I used to fry this stuff up for a snack all the time as a kid. Yours looks better than mine did though.
