English Patis

Gravatar sarap! winner 'to all the time. i don't always follow the salt that is stated in recipes. i taste while i cook, to make sure that my food is seasoned to taste. it's better to put less coz you can always add more later.. di ba?

Gravatar uy panalo! these are staples on our dining table these days... chicken and broccoli. now I can make a dish with them together! thanks manay! and happy valentine's day! :D

Gravatar very nice your blog..

Gravatar I know what you mean about the salt content being high in many of his recipies. The sauces don't help so I am always careful in my selection. Great dish though.

Gravatar Hi Stel, musta na?
Maybe for the Taste of China he has toned it down already. Pero the 2 cookbooks of his that I have almost consistently the recipes are quite salty.

It's still snowing around here and yeah most parts did ground to a halt especially London. It's rare in England to have this kind of weather. Something like every 20 years? Maybe that's why they don't invest on more snow/ice equipments.

Gravatar p.s. happy VD

Gravatar delicious! just the colors alone, so healthy looking.
plus, it's a one pot meal + + +!

i didn't notice about the saltiness, we have one of his cookbooks (Taste of China, we consult all the time)--baka kasi compilation ng recipes ng ibang tao hehehehe.

getting impatient for springtime here, how about over there?
