sarap! winner 'to all the time. i don't always follow the salt that is stated in recipes. i taste while i cook, to make sure that my food is seasoned to taste. it's better to put less coz you can always add more later.. di ba?

I know what you mean about the salt content being high in many of his recipies. The sauces don't help so I am always careful in my selection. Great dish though.

Hi Stel, musta na?
Maybe for the Taste of China he has toned it down already. Pero the 2 cookbooks of his that I have almost consistently the recipes are quite salty.
It's still snowing around here and yeah most parts did ground to a halt especially London. It's rare in England to have this kind of weather. Something like every 20 years? Maybe that's why they don't invest on more snow/ice equipments.

delicious! just the colors alone, so healthy looking.
plus, it's a one pot meal + + +!
i didn't notice about the saltiness, we have one of his cookbooks (Taste of China, we consult all the time)--baka kasi compilation ng recipes ng ibang tao hehehehe.
getting impatient for springtime here, how about over there?
