Gravatar Hello, I would like to thank you for your very informative blog. It has saved me time and time again from homesickness whenever I crave for something Filipino (especially your suman sa latik).

Seeing that you are from Cavite, maybe you can help me. My father is from Cavite, and I made him a Cavite specialty once, the name of which escapes me. It's galapong cooked with coconut milk, panocha, and sampalok, with brown latik bits sprinkled over it. It could be bought from the merienda stores in Cavite. What is it called? I would be glad if you could help!
