I have to disagree. The dress just looks as if it were made specifically for Kelly. G looks like she is too broad across the shoulders for this one! Kelly is rocking the Hell out of that dress.

Kelly no doubt ya'll! She wore her straps like spaghetti straps which gave the dress a more "evening" and sophisticated look. I don't quite like the shoulder straps on Garcelle's!!

Kelly's jewelry and shoes don't add anything to her dress and complete look. Garcelle on the other hand selected nice accessories and her hair and make-up are flawless. I give her the advantage.

At first I was for Gabby. But after really looking at it, I'm going with Kelly. Her lean-ness makes this dress. I like the straps better too. But I like Gabby's accessories with this outfit better.

Garcelle's accessories are great, but I prefer Kelly's shoes. I think she just wears it better.

Garcelle looks like she just finished Thanksgiving Dinner (a little bloated). NOT that skinny is always the best bet, but in this case, Kelly wins.

Kelly hands down wore this dress the best. The dress straps and middle part of the dress isn't the same. Kelly dress looks better with the black middle, going down to the black shoes. Kelly from head the toe had this dress worn. She is looking fierce once again!!!
