She should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,the person she killed is not coming back any other person would be prosecuted already what makes her immune from the law?
damn that car is fucked the hell up! if i hit it i'd probably be in the county right now so all i want is brandy to be treated just like a regular person would. but she's already punished cuz she has to live w/ this for the rest of her life.
No way should Brandy get any kind of special treatment, but special treatment has already started:why is she walking around free? You & I wouldn't be free in this situation. Like I heard someone once say about the legal system;"celebrity walks in the front door & justice walks out the back."
Brandy should be charged. It was Brandy who started the chain reaction resulting in the death of the motorist.
You guys need to grow up. The reason why she is not in jail is because she was not drunk, nor caught on the cell phone. It was merely an accident that unfortunately claimed a life. I doubt if she does any jail time. My prayers go out to Brandy as well as the family who lost their loved ones. This could happen to anyone, especially those driving on the expressway. I do not think Brandy should do any jail time; however, the family should sue. Think like adults people.

What pissed me off was how everyone is rallying to Brandy's defense. HELLO a woman is dead! Can't these losers obsessed with celeb's lives put aside all of that ish and show compassion for that person's family?
