If you were a would-be whistleblower at a government agency, how would you choose to go about 'leaking' your damning info to the media?
Phone calls are already being logged, and journalists' phones in particular are being tapped. I see internet mining as another way to intimidate whistleblowers.
The only people who won't be scared to death of 'leaking' information are those 'unidentified administration officials' who already use the so-called free press as an extension of their propaganda machine.
