Colbert said he plans to run as both a Democrat and a Repulbican, but he's only running in South Carolina.

I suspect he's limiting his presidential bid to one state because, if he were to run in all 50 states, he's worried he might actually win.

I had the same thought. He'd be a juggernaut on the campaign trail, a dynamo saying all the right things to no one in particular! God I hope he picks me as his running mate. I can't wait to be VP of South Carolina.
