I'm not that excited about Obama truthfully. I don't see him as much of a harbinger of change and I've secretly been hoping Dodd would pull an upset all along - however dim a hope it was.

But I am glad that Clinton lost if only as I said, to put the machine on notice that they can't always get their own way.

If Huckabee wins the nomination the GOP will do a Planet Krypton, with big radioactive chunks spinning of everywhere and no Kal-El in sight.

That's why Huckabee will not win the nomination. The real owners of the USA are not about to let someone like him wreck things for them.

The Republican offering won't matter anyway. Needless to say, the Democrat/Republican frame is pure Fnord, providing the illusion that the Americans have a say in staffing the front office.

The owners will be most satisfied to have Hillary handle the controls starting in January 2009.
