Gravatar Your last paragraph is easily one of the most important electability points I've heard anyone bring up so far.

Obama's appeal and ability to play in Southern states, and Republicans will be on their heels just to protect their own territory. That's going to weaken the Republican nominee's ability to play heavily in swing states, and... well... you see what I'm getting at.

Gravatar I don't think he has anything to complain about. He won more states and it looks like the delegate count will be more or less a tie, against a candidate with universal name recognition.

I can't see how it wasn't a win for Obama. Clinton certainly could have put it away last night, but chose a strategy of triangulation and only going after big prizes, some of which (Missouri in particular) Obama stole away.


Gravatar Yeah, well, go read Big Tent Democrat who thinks the nomination was settled last night, or Taylor Marsh who is continuing her little Quixotic quest to paint Hillary as an underdog.
