Does anybody know of a link to verify the Sandia test. The ABC bed wetting claims the "London liquid formula" did the damage in the ABC piece. But the explosive are from dried precipitates, not the liquids.
That 'winger site you linked to was *impressively* vague about the details of this so-called plot, too. It's as if they decided to make a scare story up to begin with and are frantically trying to retcon evidence to support it.
And I must say I do love the contradictory claims of "it's a good thing that the government is spying on us because it keeps us safe from Terror(tm)" and "if we don't grant the government a whole bunch of new powers they won't be able to keep us safe from terror." It doesn't make sense, but conservatives are very good at not making sense.
