The Real Estate market itself is changing everywhere. Unfortunately it is slowing everywhere in the US. I am a realtor in FL, and I looked at the statistics today. Last year at this time, there were approx 2000 listing in St. Petersburg (where I specialize) and this year we are at approx 9000 listings! Not only are investors leaving due to the high cost of building materials and interest rates, but I am seeing a lot of other people listing with the plans of relocating. I would love to hear feedback from anyone in regard to other markets, and how you feel they compare to FL issues etc.
