I guess they could deal with the non-jews at the back issue by ensuring that only non-jews sit at the front and chareidim sit at the back. That would be novel.

Most large modern aircraft use their in flight entertainment systems to play a safety demonstration video (often subtitled for the benefit of the hard of hearing and foreign language speakers). This demonstration video shows how to use the seat belt and oxygen mask as well as the location and use of emergency exits, evacuation slides and life vests.
If an emergency happens in mid flight if time permits, then this demonstration needs to be repeated.
Interfering or prejudicing the chance of a passenger being able to view the safety demonstration in an emergency is an imprisonable offense. Any person attempting to put up such a screen should be prosecuted and banned from flying for life. I do not think a non Jewish passenger will be impressed by being told that his concerns that his families chance of surviving a flight emergency should be reduced so as to avoid some religious whackjob being offended by the sight of a woman's bare shoulders have been considered and dismissed by some Rabbi in Bnai Brak
