Heh ... I have the same problem with my (gasp) Kenmore washing machine. I wraped globs of tape around the switch and the arm so that it now works ... most of the time.

*banging head on desk* Gads, what a time you had, it sounds like something that would hapen to my husband and I. Murphy sems to hang around at our house all the time.

And um...who is that service that talks you through a repair? I need to get my husband on the phone with them, then maybe some repair tasks will get done around here, lol!
