Ok, I' 6'4", over 275 lbs, and am seriously out of shape.

I'm game and, if this does, indeed, work, then maybe I've got some potential left to cruise back to my fighting weight (225).

All right Bill!! I'm 6'1", 220, in spite of my 10 martial arts work-outs each month. Still, I am in the best physical shape in my entire life.
