It looks like you are making nice progress, even though the exhaustion test may have been a little lower.
As I noted on my recap, I am repeating the Week 4 workout again as I struggled on the max sets. On the third workout, the only difference from Week 3 was that the max set calls for 2 more repetitions. My second workout of the week comes tomorrow!
