Great idea. I love the way this bulletic board matches your header. I suggest you leave this post as a sticky note on top of your blog for at least another week or two, just so we can all enjoy the pleasing composition.

Nice Randi. I have some fabric set aside to pretty up my sewing room I am saving the ironing board cover instructions and now this one too! I have a pattern to make a cover and thread catcher, and I think I'll have enough for curtains also! That said I havent touched my sewing room in over a week except to pile yardsale stuff in there LOL. xoxo melzie

Another nice addition to the crafting area. I know that I can follow this tutorial. No machine to thread!! Even I can use a glue gun.

LOVE this idea!! Thanks so much for posting it. I have an old magnetic dry erase board that the kids really messed up with permanent markers. I think that I might try to do something like this with it. The magnetic part will probably still work through the fabric too. So, that would be a plus.
Thanks!

I can't seem to understand how to hang a bulletin board using those little hangers they attach to the back.
Do they stick up a little over the top, so that they are in view? How else could you do it?
Thanks for any help -- I just never like the way I hang mine.
