I think he makes a lot of good points about some of the nonsense that's out there and about some problematic formulations in the specific text to which he's responding. On the other hand, in a few places, he may be throwing the baby out with the bathwater with regard to things like the meaning of faith (vs. knowledge), the reason that we can't stop at the Creed (even though we must certainly always be starting with it), the difference between "possessing truth" and "being possessed by truth," etc.
