Gerard - on the money again, as always. This is the time of year I dread, grit my teeth to endure, and rejoice when January 2 comes and its all over with for another year. The one thing from October 30-January 2 that has meaning for me is Christmas Eve/Christmas Mass (or service during my non-Catholic days). That is the one thing that hits home for me. As for the rest of the stuff from October 30-January 2, I could do well without it. |
