Hearing a crunching sound. Like a giant iceberg breaking up. Well golly sakes- two to three folks could get spiffy new jobs as Supreme Court justices in the next three years. And the new chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee has promised not to engage in the previous activities that led to the word Bork becoming a verb. We live in very interesting times. The citizens listed above are rising to the opportunity. |

Gather the info, but hold off on the Rule 60 motion. Wait until the court changes composition. Don't reach too soon or else the current SCOTUS will issue an opinion that will make it just harder. |

Mike is correct. I can't imagine anything worse than the present pro-abortion court granting the motion, and then reaffirming Roe once again. |

Agreed. Like with the law banning most abortions in South Dakota, it simply is not the right time. |

I suspect that the time is rapidly approaching when even the most pro-abort members of the federal judiciary will tire of playing King Canute against the sea in regard to Roe. After 31 years abortion as an issue is no more "settled" than it was in 73. Sooner or later the courts will tire of this interminable struggle and abortion will be tossed back to the legislatures where it belongs. |

The Fruends of the Court form is for either men or women to sign. |
