Great to see that your columns are being picked up. You are such a blessing to me and I am glad to see you get read more and get paid more.

Not to mention the Incarnation.

There's actually a relatively fast-growing movement among Evangelicals toward adopting Messianic and even Rabbinical Jewish tendencies. One of my Evangelical friends is attending some Sukkot (Booths) festival this coming week.

Messianic Passover seders are one thing to me, but a lot of people seem to be looking to do things like go to services on Saturday, stop eating pork and shellfish, and celebrate Jewish festivals and holidays.

Good on you for being picked up as a regular Mark!

I am really excited by the possibilities at Inside Catholic. From what I read in the last issue of Crisis, they have some exciting ideas for the future of their site.

Congrats on being picked up by Inside Catholic. I'll alert my blog's readers about it.

Good column. It is precicely for this that I find the growing trend of holding Jewish passover feasts on Holy Thursday -- popular among both Catholics and Protestants, I might add -- so troubling. First of all, it is still Lent, so why are you feasting?

Second, while I fully understand the desire to delve into the historical and theological roots of the Mass via studying the Passover feast, it seems to me that attending an actual Passover feast -- on the anniversary of the institution of the Holy Eucharist, no less -- as if it were some sort of legitimate rite for Christians to partake in, is an insult to Christ's sacrifice on the cross -- the ultimate Passover feast and the fulfillent of all the promises of the ancient rite.

I believe the Council of Jerusalem addressed this topic.

Great article.
