Met two charming young ladies representing this fine bunch during Live 8- amid cacophany of Falon Gong/anti-Bush anarchists/geeky Scientologists (as though Tom Cruise will beg for coin.) U.S. Catholic Charities also among lists circulating for official organizations to handle this monumental task. Come Holy Spirit.

For some perspective on the size of the storm, my city had 60 mph winds and 5'-10' storm surges.

And I live 200 miles from the eye of the storm.

Mind you, I have NOTHING to complain about, nor does anyone else in my community. Just trying to make a point that the strength of this hurricane extended a long way from New Orleans; a LOT of people were affected. Donations to the charity of your choice are greatly needed.
