In France, the Newspeak is so transparent that racists use the word "youth" (jeune) as the pejorative term for "young Arab".
It corresponds to social workers referring to black youth as "gentlemen" when they call other young men plain "guys".
I had a conversation with a Precious Sister nun along those lines:
"Sister, do you remember the black kid who came by last week?"
"Do you mean the young gentleman? I don't remember, no; when it comes to race I'm color-blind, you see."
Yet every one else was a boy, a guy, a young man, what have you.

Actually, I do not believe the perpetrators of the New Delhi bombings have been identified but you are probably safe in assuming they are Muslims.

re: New Dehli ... don't throw stones on this one till you know fer shure. Too many factions and causes to kill for.
India is hinting they think the explosions were arranged outside India. If that turns out to be the case, Pakistan is the usual suspect.

But who else could have inspired such animosity - haven't you seen those beedy little eyes? If he would just give in quietly, no stuttering, and become little bbq'd Piglet riblets, this would never have happened. Its all our insensitive culture's fault.
Things in France are really bad; there are areas where the police simply don't go (as the Fjordman details here ). And one of the commentors in Fjordman's blog sums it up in rather frightfull terms: "If Americans want to understand how bad the situation is in France, just think of what it would be like if Latinos in the U.S. rebelled.

It's a very grim picture that is painted.
With New Delhi, I wouldn't be sure. I don't think Hindu ultra-nationalists can be ruled out.
Wow. Are relations between the White French and African French bad enough to cause a civil war? Though we have some problems with the large and quickly growing Latino population in the US, at least most of us share faith in Christ.

the media adopted the same attitude to the two days of rioting in Handsworth in Birmingham, England. The weekend before last. The rioters were usually referred to as Asian (funny, none of the photos showed Chinese or Japanese youngsters), occasionally Pakistani.
More worringly, the murderers of the black youth have never been described in any of the mainstream media, despite the arrest of at least three suspects. Strange that, considering the young man seems to have been singled out because of his race. Stranger still is the fact that the murder is not being treated as racist. Something tells me that had the murderers been white the media and police might have reacted differently. Or maybe I'm cynical.

France hasn't exactly been frightening in the past century or so. The phrase "cheese eating surrender monkeys" comes to mind. Or as another comedian put it, "French Army Knives" are outfitted with little white flag attachments.

Not to deny that the coverage in the British media may be being PC-ized. But it's my memory as a boy raised in Scotland in the 1970s that the term "Asians" was a normal, customary way to refer to people from the Indian Subcontinent (along with "wogs," "pakis" and other not-so-nice terms).
Britain acquired a population of Indians and Pakistanis in the 1950s, significantly before there were any numbers from China, Japan, SE Asia, etc. So the term "Asians" was taken up by them, the first significant group from that continent in the country. In the US, the historical situation was reversed -- i.e., East Asians have been here in significant numbers since the late 19th century; South Asians not until the era of globalization. And in American English, the term "Asians" standing alone almost always means "yellows" not "browns." So a British media outlet referring to Pakistani Muslims as "Asians" is not, in itself, evidence of PC-izing.
Pha, actually, the phrase "Prejudiced bigots knowing no French history" comes to mind more quickly. But only among people who can read.
