so I'm confused - does every blog that gets nominated become elligible for votes? or do you need to reach a certain number of nominatiosn to be elligible for votes?

anyway, why don't they have a category for "catholic youth" blog? I have to be eligible for something! (best new blog seems like too much competition)...
